On October 03 this year, the Humanites Institute organized a conference for Employers: “Fighting for Talent and Employee Wellbeing in the Age of AI. The first global wellbeing action from Poland”.

Congratulations to the winners of this year’s competition for the implementation of the Two Hours for Family for Humanity action!

The conference focused on the Polish global campaign Two Hours for Family | for Man, which since 2012, has involved more than 2,000 companies from 59 countries around the world, from Europe to Australia. The event was held at the headquarters of conference partner Crido Foundation.

Turning to humanity in the world of AI and technological revolution is the key to countering the crisis of human, human ties in the age of artificial intelligence. The impact of the AI technological revolution on reality and its consequences for employees and employers was discussed.

Distribution of prizes in the competition for the implementation of Action 2023

Event schedule:

– Presentation of awards in the competition for the best implementation of the #2h4family action in 2023.

– Panel discussion Fighting for talent and well-being in the age of AI, moderated by journalist and columnist Dariusz Bugalski. The panel included representatives of: Orange Poland, Bibby Financial Services, Humanites Institute, Crido, AIESEC Poland. 

– Summary of the outflow and effects of the action in 2023,

– Introduction to the next, 13th edition of the action, which will focus on the topic of dreams.

 

  • The conference hosted representatives of companies that, through their commitment and also the popularization of the campaign in Poland and abroad, contributed to the development and international success of the campaign. The ESG, CSR and well-being culture practices of these companies are excellent benchmarks for organizations that want to develop such programs. 
  • The conference is an excellent opportunity to share experiences, talk about the goals and challenges facing business leaders and executives.
