Shell Bulgaria for the first time joined the Two Hours for Family campaign. It was an easy choice as it is in full harmony with our work culture. Although the employees of Shell Bulgaria could use flexible working hours and could work from home, we decided that it would be worth offering them two additional hours free time with the family. This is a symbolic sign to the employees that the company truly cares for their personal life and encourages them to spend quality time with their families.
