Motto contest

To make our campaign more interesting and involving every year we introduce a unique motto. Around this topic we create materials for participating companies, build our communication and encourage organizations to get inspired when celebrating the Human BE / #2h4family.

To find the best ideas we prepare a contest for your employees with valuable prizes! Out of all proposed ideas we will choose the motto of our campaign for 2025. To give an example of possible prizes, last year’s winner got a brand new bike. In May, on our website and social media, we will announce what will be the main prize for this year!

Competition for action implementation

We also have something especially for your Marketing & HR Team! Every year we reward the team that has put the most heart into the action in the “Action Realization” contest. After the action is over we will ask all participating organizations to send us details about how they celebrated Human BE / #2h4family. We already encourage you to take a lot of pictures, gather your employees’ comments and write down experiences you will have thanks to participating. All of this will be very useful when choosing the winner of this competition. Winners and companies rewarded with honorable mention will be invited to join a dedicated conference organised by us in Fall where they will:

• be rewarded with prizes,
• get a unique chance to exchange experiences in the topic of employee wellbeing,
• be able to share their best practices from the Human BE / #2h4family.
